At GESTER, we are undisputed leaders with over 35 years of experience in the plastic machinery sector. Our story began in 1988 as Gestión de Termoplásticos, founded by Eduardo Bañó Palomino. Today, in its second generation, his son Eduardo Bañó Martí continues and expands this legacy, building on a flawless track record rooted in deep knowledge of plastics and their processes.
Our headquarters are strategically located in Elche (Alicante), known as “the palm grove of Europe”—a key industrial and logistics hub. From here, we proudly lead the Spanish market in second-hand machinery for plastic recycling and extrusion, offering the largest stock in the country. Our 6,000 m² facility holds a vast inventory, including granulators, shredders, shears, extruders, blade sharpeners, washing units, and a wide range of essential peripheral equipment. In addition to our expertise in used equipment, we also offer injection, blow molding, and thermoforming machines.
At GESTER, we are not only specialists in second-hand machinery—we also manufacture new equipment in Spain, ensuring high quality and reliability. Our product line includes mixing silos, knife grinders, centrifuges, washing units, and electronic industrial scales, all designed to optimize our clients’ production processes.
We also offer complementary services that are crucial to maintaining operational efficiency. One of them is our industrial blade sharpening service, essential for the upkeep of equipment such as granulators, shredders, shears, guillotines, agglomerators, and compactors.
